Position Highlights | A postdoctoral position is available immediately in the area of cancer genomics, systems biology, and regulatory networks in the Padi lab (https://www.padilab.com) in the Dept. of Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona. We study the regulatory networks underlying cellular plasticity in Merkel cell carcinoma, a neuroendocrine skin cancer. Through a combination of systems/genomics experiments and computational approaches, we aim to identify new therapeutic strategies for neuroendocrine tumors.
